Return window
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return or exchange.
The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, in its original packaging and with all its accessories.
Items we cannot take back
Because of what these products are, we only accept them back if they are faulty:
- Items made to a custom size or produced specifically for your property.
- Items with logo embroidery or any other customisation.
- Items whose packaging has been opened and used, for hygiene reasons.
If an item is faulty or wrong
If what arrived is faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos showing the problem.
In that case we cover shipping both ways and either replace the item or refund it in full — your choice.
How to start a return
- Call +966591775115 or email info@dream-united.com with your order number.
- Tell us which item and why, and attach photos if it is faulty.
- We will send shipping instructions and arrange collection.
Shipping costs
If the return is due to a fault or our mistake, we pay the shipping.
If you simply changed your mind, return shipping is yours and is deducted from the refund.
The original shipping you paid is only refunded if the whole order goes back because of our error.
Refunds
Once the return reaches us and has been inspected, we will confirm that it is accepted.
The refund goes back to the payment method you used. How long it takes to appear depends on your bank, usually 5 to 14 working days.
If it has been longer than that, check with your bank first, then contact us with your order number.
Exchanges
We exchange a faulty item for the same product. For a different item or size we treat it as a return plus a new order.
Wholesale and hotel projects
Wholesale and bespoke project orders are governed by the supply agreement, not by this policy.
If you have a project, request a quote and we will send you the full terms before production starts.
