Who we are
Dream United manufactures and supplies hotel textiles. Our commercial office is in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, and our factory is in Fayoum, Egypt. This site is dream-united.com.

What we collect
We only collect what you type in yourself. There is no advertising tracking on this site:
- When you order: name, mobile number, email (optional), city, district and full address.
- When you request a quote: name, company, email, mobile, city, room count and the categories you need.
- When you create an account: name, email, mobile and a hashed password we cannot read.
- Basic technical data the server logs automatically, such as IP address and browser type, for security and troubleshooting.
Payment data
Payments are handled by Paymob, and you are taken to their payment page. Your card details are entered on their systems — they never pass through ours and we do not store them.
All we receive back is the outcome of the transaction and a reference number.
Why we use it
We do not send marketing you did not ask for, and we never sell or rent your data.
- To fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
- To answer quote requests.
- To email your order confirmation, if you gave us an address.
- To protect the site from abuse and to diagnose faults.
Who sees it
We share the minimum necessary with the parties that run the service:
- The courier — name, address and mobile, so they can deliver.
- Paymob — to process the payment.
- Our hosting provider — because the data sits on their servers.
How long we keep it
Order data is kept for as long as accounting and legal obligations require, then deleted or anonymised.
Account data is kept until you ask us to delete the account.
Your rights
Email info@dream-united.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
- Ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Correct anything inaccurate — you can do this yourself from your account page.
- Ask us to delete your account and data.
- Object to a particular use of your data.
Cookies
We use functional cookies only: one remembers your language, one remembers your basket, and one keeps you signed in if you have an account.
There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no data is shared with ad platforms.
Changes
If we change something substantive we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new version.
