What are the fabrics made of?
100% Egyptian cotton across the linen and towels, in hotel weights built for repeated industrial laundering. Each product page lists its exact weight and size.
Is there a warranty?
Any manufacturing defect is replaced in full. If you find a problem with the fabric or the stitching, contact us with your order number and we replace it at no cost to you.
How long does delivery take?
One to four days across the Kingdom depending on the region. Each region's timing and price is shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I exchange or return?
Unopened, sealed products can be returned within the window set out in our refund and returns policy. Items made to a custom size or with your logo are not returnable, because they were made for you.
Can I order custom sizes or logos?
Yes — it is most of what we do for hotels. Request a quote with your sizes and quantities and we will come back with pricing and a delivery schedule.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, through Tabby or Tamara over four interest-free payments. They appear at checkout when your order total is within their limits.
